HYDROGEN NETWORK INTEGRATIVE MANAGEMENT IN REFINERY

The best supply scheme of hydrogen in refinery was studied by superstructure method,which formed the basis of a systematic approach to solving the complex problem of hydrogen system management.Superstructure was established on the basis of comprehensive analysis of hydrogen sinks and hydrogen sources,with respect to hydrogen flowrate,purity,pressure and detrimental impurities.After defining the optimization objective function the process constraints and economic data being decided,the superstructure was mathematically optimized by using the Sequence Quadratic Programming(SQP) to determine the most effective hydrogen network.The validity of the method was illustrated with an industrial case collected form a large scale refinery-fertilizer complex.
