Power/ground network aware and row-based solutions to the crosstalk driven routing problem

This paper gives power/ground network aware and row-based solutions to the crosstalk driven routing problem. Routability and timing issues are also considered. The algorithm has been implemented and tested on MCNC benchmarks. Compared with the recent work introduced in (Jing et al., 2005), the proposed algorithm can achieve more than 72% on average improvements for the adjacent edges while considering power/ground network, which greatly reduces potential vias
