Research and Implementation of Integrated Diagnostic Method of Fault for High-speed Cigarette-making Machine

In order to quickly and accurately implement the diagnosis of faults for high-speed cigarette-making machine,the reasoning algorithms,such as Rule-Based Reasoning(RBR),Case-Based Reasoning(CBR)and Artificial Neural Network(ANN) were studied,considering the complicated characteristics of the faults.The strategy that faults were classified by the tree structure and the fault location in the tree structure was accomplished by serial mixed reasoning,and that the diagnostic method of faults was integrated with RBR,CBR and ANN was proposed.Therefore,the reasoning process was ascertained.The expert system was developed,which was verified through online testing.
