Blasting Demolition of a Building in Heshan Power Plant

A four-storey brick structure was demolished by blasting at the instance of non-space to collapse.The bi-directional controlled blasting was adopted,and the mechanics of load-bearing walls and non-load-bearing walls,the pre-processing,the design of height of blasting cut,the election of blasting parameters,the ignitong delay,the design of igniton web and the security measures are analyzed in the paper.
