The Acquisition Method of BOC Signal Based on Partial Coherent Sideband

For the single-sideband acquisition algorithm of BOC signal, there is a problem of subcarrier signal loss and signal power loss. A partial coherent sideband FFT acquisition method is proposed. Firstly, the mathematic model of BOC signal is established and the principle of algorithm research is deduced mathematically. Secondly, the performance of the algorithm is analyzed and implemented by MATLAB simulation. Simulation results show that the partial coherent sideband algorithm has higher output SNR and more stable tracking accuracy. At certain signal-to-noise ratios, the acquisition of carrier Doppler estimation and PN code phase deviations are smaller than those of the single-sideband method, and the acquisition accuracy is higher, achieving the purpose of algorithm design.
