The invention provides an automobile intelligent control method and control system. The automobile intelligent control system comprises an ECU, a voice control subsystem and a touch screen control subsystem. The voice control subsystem comprises a voice collection device and a voice recognition device, wherein the voice collection device is used for collecting voices of a user and enabling the voices to form voice signals, and the voice recognition device is in signal connection with the voice collection device and is used for receiving the voice signals from the voice collection device and analyzing voice control commands from the voice signals. The touch screen control subsystem is used for displaying a control interface and receiving user touch screen motions which form touch motion signals, and analyzes touch control commands according to the touch motion signals. The ECU is respectively in signal connection with the voice control subsystem and the touch screen control subsystem, and is used for obtaining the voice control commands and the touch control commands, and generating control commands sent to an executive component according to the voice control commands and/or the touch control commands. According to the technical scheme, the automobile intelligent control method and control system improve safety and enable a driver to operate an automobile more conveniently.
