We present a compact W-band pulsed solid-state amplifier (SSPA) with WR-10 interfaces that delivers a record solid-state output power of 100 W, which is <inline-formula> <tex-math notation="LaTeX">$> 2\times $ </tex-math></inline-formula> previously published waveguide combined W-band SSPAs. The SSPA leverages W-band gallium nitride (GaN) monolithic microwave integrated circuits (MMICs) and low-loss split-waveguide power combining. The amplifier utilizes an innovative modular approach to power combining 128 high-performance GaN MMIC power amplifiers (PAs). The SSPA is only <inline-formula> <tex-math notation="LaTeX">$6.125'' \times 6.125'' \times 4.00''$ </tex-math></inline-formula> in size and weighs 10.48 lbs. This stand-alone SSPA also includes integrated power conversion and pulse modulation circuitry.
