FATORES DE SUCESSO NA IMPLEMENTAÇÃO DE SISTEMAS INTEGRADOS DE GESTÃO EMPRESARIAL (ERP): ESTUDO DE CASO EM UMA MÉDIA EMPRESA

This paper analyses the Enterprise Resource Planning systems (ERP) implementation process in a medium size company at Natal, RN. It was an exploratory and descriptive study, conducted by the unique case study research. Findings will discuss the factors that affects the three information systems (IS) adoption process: decision and selection, implementation, and usage.
