TRANSIENT SOLUTION OF A CATASTROPHIC-CUM-RESTORATIVE M/M/2 QUEUE WITH HETEROGENEOUS SERVERS 1

A Catastrophic-cum-Restorative M/M/2 queuing model with heterogeneous servers has been developed. Time-dependent solution of the model has been obtained using probability generating function technique. Some particular cases of the model have been derived and discussed.
