Analysis of Electrical Energy Consumption for Lighting System in Polyclinic, Radiology, and Patient Rooms of Hospital Building

Maximizing energy efficiency in hospitals and health facilities is a major challenge in the field of energy conservation. The energy audit at the Garuda Pavilion dr.Kariadi RSUP Building aims to determine the pattern of energy use and how much energy is used, so as to determine various potential energy savings that are feasible and can be carried out appropriately by not reducing comfort and health. The method used is measuring, calculating and analyzing to get energy consumption intensity known as IKE in patient policlinic, patient room, and radiology units. For artificial lighting in the initial conditions the use of lamps amounted to 1178 pieces, after being changed according to the Lux standard of the Ministry of Health the number of lamps was 696 units and according to the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources standard the number of lamps was 716 units. The electrical efficiency following the Ministry of Health standard is 2833.66 kWh / month, while the efficiency following the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources standard is 2145.48 kWh / Month.
