Electrodeposition of Antimony Telluride

Synthesis of polycrystalline via electrodeposition was carried out for the first time. The influence of pH, temperature, deposition potential, and bath composition was investigated. The thin films were characterized by means of X-ray diffraction, energy-dispersive X-ray analysis, and scanning electron microscopy. Gradual shifts from the lattice structure to the Sb lattice structure were observed. © 2002 The Electrochemical Society. All rights reserved.
