PROGRESS-TT: Methodology, Content, Procedures, Actions

In this chapter, we discuss the specifics of the PROGRESS-TT project and in particular the strategy, methodology and the procedures that have been developed for its implementation and how they came to be instrumental to a program to improve the capacity of technology transfer organization.
