Gear profile quantitative rolling finish and study of the processing parameter

In this paper,according to the theory of engagement of gears and the theory of plastic deformation of metal,the author analyses the law of gear profile deformation existed in gear rolling finish processing,studies the effects of the finish allowance of gear profile before squeezing and the tooth thickness to the machining accuracy,and put forwards the theory of quantitative rolling finish of gears.
