Laser detection utilizing tunable acoustooptic filters

A laser detection technique was developed utilizing frequency modulated tunable acoustooptic filters. CW laser radiation measuring about5(10^{-7})mW was detected in the presence of an incoherent background irradiance of 0.1 W/cm2.
