A rotatable seat double rocker arm and inner/outer stay wire suspension mixed derrick comprises a main mast, rocker arms, a main column, a rotary system, a hoisting system, and a luffing system. The derrick body is grounded, a rotary bearing is disposed in the middle part of the derrick, the connecting sequence of the above parts is the main column-a four-way section-a main mast. The upper part of a rotary disc can rotate by 360 degrees; the mast and the main column are connected with the rocker arms via the four-way section, the rocker arms are provided with the luffing system and the hoisting system; a hoisting rope and a hoisting pulley form the hoisting system via the internal of the main column, the internal of the rocker arms, and the top guiding pulley; a luffing rope and a luffing pulley form the luffing system via the internal of the main column and the top guiding pulley; the main mast and the iron tower body are provided with inner/outer stay wires to form a hinge support structure. The rocker arm derrick can be dismounted to be a suspension derrick in filed; inner/outer stay wires can be used for the suspension derrick. The rotatable seat double rocker arm and inner/outer stay wire suspension mixed derrick is advantaged by flexible dismounting, and larger hoisting and higher efficient with the same material cross section, and is suitable for superhigh and ultrahigh voltage power transmission line engineering pole tower hoisting assembly in the construction field of power transmission and transformation engineering power transmission lines.
