A DYNAMIC MODELING MOETHOD OF THE HIGH SPEED PAINTING AUTOMIZOR SYSTEM

This paper rasents a dynamic modeling method of the high speed painting automizor system considering the flexibility of the supporting subsystems.The analytical models are established for both the rotor and the frame subsystem.The coupled subsystem of the bearings is simplified as springs without mass.By synthesizing subsystems with Lagranges equation,the dynamic model of the system is obtained.Then,the rule of the influence on the dynamic characteristics of the system of the structure parameters of the supporting subsystems is analysed.
