POSTERİOR AĞIZ TABANINA FİSTÜLİZE OLAN BÜYÜK SUBMANDİBULAR SİALOLİT Sialolitiazis , tükrük bezlerinin sık görülen patolojilerdendir ve en sık submandibular tükürük bezinde görülür. Bunların da büyük bir kısmı bez duktusunun distal 1/3 kısmında , daha az bir kısmı ise posteriorda submandibular bez hilumunda ve bezin içinde yerleşirler. Posteriorda ağız tabanını perfore eden submandibular sialolitlere literatürde nadir rastlanmaktadır. Makalemizde ; oldukça büyük boyuta ulaşarak posterior ağız tabanına fistülize olmuş ve kısmen ağız içine atılmış submandibular sialolitiazis olgusu literatür eşliğinde tartışılarak sunulmuştur.
