The invention discloses an anti-breaking method for a network locking mobile terminal. In the anti-breaking method, a subscriber identification code SIM (subscriber identity module) card sends first network locking information to the mobile terminal when the mobile terminal is stated; when the mobile terminal is in a network locking activating state, whether the first network locking information is legal or not is judged; if the first network locking information is illegal, the SIM card is locked; if the first network locking information is legal, second network locking information is read initiatively, and whether the second network locking information is legal or not is judged; if the second network locking information is legal, searching for a network is started; and if the second network locking information is illegal, the SIM card is locked. The invention correspondingly provides the network locking mobile terminal comprising the SIM card, an activating judge module, a network locking module, a network searching module, a card locking module, and an anti-breaking device. The invention further provides an anti-breaking device for the network locking mobile terminal, which comprises an initializing judge unit, a read unit and a judge unit. Therefore, the network locking mobile terminal can be prevented from being broken through the adoption of the invention.
