Relevance Model of the Electrical Properties with Printed Qualityof Solar Cell Gate Line

Currently,more than 85% of domestic and foreign gate lines and electrode of solar cell are manufactured with conductive paste by screen printing technique,which is the most practical way to realize small size and low cost.But in the complex nonlinear and dynamic screen printing process,many small dynamic errors and the mutual interference will inevitably lead to the un-controlled deformation of the structure and rough surfaces of the printed conductive wires.The relationship between the electrical properties of the gate line and the printing quality has been studied.The quantitative evaluation model of the printing quality has been obtained and the relevance model between the design parameters of the gate line electrical properites and the actual parameters of the ink film has been established.The established model has been simulated by using the neural network.Finally,the practicality and effectiveness of the relevance model and the simulation method have also been verified by experiment.
