ECONOMIC BENEFIT OF MOBILITY SUPPORTING FACILITIES FOR THE HANDICAPPED PERSONS

本研究では, 身体障害者の活動支援施設の整備に対する健常者の支払い意思額を潜在市場評価法 (CVM) を用いて計測するための方法論を提案する. 健常者の障害者支援施設に対する支払い意思額が, 自らの現在及び将来の利用可能性に対する利己的動機, 障害者に対する慈愛心に基づく利他的動機, 義侠心に基づく父権的動機により構成されることを指摘し, それぞれの動機を識別するための支払い意思額指標を定式化する. さらに, 適用例を通じて提案した方法論の有用性について考察する.
