Halluks valgus deformitesinde Lindgren-Turan ameliyat›n›n radyografik ve fonksiyonel sonuçlar›n›n deerlendirilmesi Radiographic and functional results of the Lindgren-Turan operation in the treatment of hallux valgus

Amac: Halluks valguslu olgularda Lindgren-Turan ame- liyat›n›n sonuclar› radyografik ve fonksiyonel yonden de- ¤erlendirildi. Cal›flma plan›: Yirmi befl hastan›n (15 kad›n, 7 erkek; ort. yafl 42; da¤›l›m 20-68) 29 aya¤› Lindgren-Turan yontemi ile ameliyat edildi; yeterli takibi yap›labilen 24 ayak deer- lendirmeye al›nd›. Ameliyat oncesi, ameliyat sonras› ve iz- lem sonunda cekilen ayak on-arka grafilerinde halluks val- gus ac›s› ve intermetatarsal ac› olculdu. Ar› deerlendiril- mesi gorsel analog skala ile yap›ld›. ‹zlem sonunda birinci metatarsofalangeal eklemin hareket ac›kl›¤› deerlendiril- di. Ortalama izlem suresi 26.5 ay (da¤›l›m 6-54 ay) idi. Sonuclar: Halluks valgus ac›s›nda ameliyat sonras› do- nemde ortalama 6.9°, intermetatarsal ac›da ortalama 5.1° duzelme saland› (p<0.05). ‹zlem sonunda halluks valgus ac›s›nda ortalama 1.8°, intermetatarsal ac›da ise 0.5° orta- lama korreksiyon kayb› olufltu. Ameliyat oncesinde 7.78 olan ortalama ar› skoru, izlem sonunda 1.35'e dufltu (p<0.05). ‹zlem sonunda birinci metatarsofarengial ekleme ait hareket ac›kl›klar› ortalama dorsal fleksiyonda 56.8°, plantar fleksiyonda 14.9° olarak olculdu. Hastalar›n eski aktivitelerine donufl suresi ortalama 44.2 gun (da¤›l›m 30- 70 gun) bulundu; %83.3'u ameliyattan tamamen memnun olduunu belirtti. Klinik ve radyografik deerlendirmeler- de 15 hastada mukemmel (%62.5), yedisinde iyi (%29.2), ikisinde ise baflar›s›z (%8.3) sonuc elde edildi.
