Design of monitor system for metal thickness based on lift-off intersection point

In order to eliminate effect on thickness of metal measurement caused by mechanical vibration,lift-off intersection point features are used to get information on the thickness.In theory,the output of sensor is only concerned with thickness of metal,but not affected by the distance.Monitor system for metal thickness based on lift-off intersection point is designed,this system reaches the function of digital signal processing,detection and control using DSP.The data acquired in open-loop state measurements is listed,the results show that measurement error is less than 1%.
