Analysis of high-speed passenger dedicated line ballast track irregularities characteristics

Based on the irregularities measured data by track inspection car from Hefei- Wuhan Passenger Dedicated Line,the ballast track irregularity characteristics of middle and long irregularities with the wave- length range of 1 ~ 50 m was analyzed. By using of Welch methods,the changing discipline of ballast track irregularities power spectrum were analyzed. And the average spectrum of He- Wu Passenger Dedicated Line ballast track was compared with domestic and foreign standard spectrums. The irregularities power spectrum fitting functions were studied by the least squares optimization algorithm. The results show that the change of temperature will produce great impact on profile irregularities and direction irregularities. In the range of wavelength analyzed,the most track irregularities spectrum of passenger dedicated line are equal to or lower than Germany high- speed irregularities' spectrum. And only in small wavelength range,track irregularities spectrums of passenger dedicated line are higher than that of Germany high- speed irregularities.
