Testing the Limits - Adding a New Language to an MT System
暂无分享,去创建一个
This paper deals with a problem of an application of an MT method developed for a pair of very closely related languages to a pair of languages whose degree of relatedness (and thus also the degree of similarity) is lower. The close relatedness of the original language pair (Czech and Slovak) allowed a substantial simplification of the translation method used. This paper provides an overview of problems (and outlines their solution) that arise when adding a less similar language (Polish).
