Wide-Field Absolute Quantification of Absorption in Turbid Media

The dual-step imaging technique that we propose couples a non-contact modality of Diffuse Reflectance Spectroscopy to estimate local scattering properties, with staring Multi-Spectral Imaging to rapidly quantify 2D wide field absorption properties.
