Surgical Treatment of Combined Tricuspid and Pulmonic Stenosis

A 15-year-old girl was admitted to the Institute of Diseases of the Chest of Recife on September 2, 1975. She had been cyanotic and progressively dyspneic since the age of 3. At the age of 9 she was examined in another hospital and cardiac surgery was advised, but the family would not consent to the operation until her effort tolerance had become extremely limited. Physical examination revealed a well-developed girl, but with severe cyanosis and clubbing. Her blood pressure
