The research of accessing data technique method in expert database system

Describe the advantages of expert database system over relational database system,and propose an implement method accessing data based on database system such as text file and MS SQL Server in CLIPS and WXCLIPS platform.Furthermore,the application of this method is illustrated through a personal computer configuration expert system.
