Queuing Location with Target Customer Selection

For multiple customer classes,a queuing-location model with target customer selection is proposed.Different customer classes have different demand rates and unit profits.Service region and Service customer are determined through decision variables of location and target customer selection.0-1 integer programming model is built.The objective is to maximize profit.This study shows that selecting proper customer class can improve profit.As class selection and location problems are both NP-Hard,corresponding heuristics are proposed.
