Research on the Diffusion Model of Knowledge Competition in the Organization

This paper formulates a diffusion model about two kinds of knowledge competition in an organization,and thoroughly analyzes its dynamic process.There are three results of diffusion: knowledge 1 diffuses abroad and knowledge 2 vanishes;knowledge 2 diffuses abroad,and knowledge 2 vanishes;or both knowledge 1 and knowledge 2 exist.This model provides a reasonable explanation for the competitive diffusion of different knowledge in annexed corporations.
