At present,more and more institutions pay more attention to personnel performance evaluation.Full-circle appraisal is suitable for personnel performance evaluation in institutions because of its strong points.Because performance assessment indicators are mainly qualitative,institutions fail to assess staff objectively,causing unfair.Taking full-circle appraisal for example,this thesis applies analytical hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to personnel performance appraisal in institutions,which is helpful to improve the effect of performance evaluation in institutions.
