Three children demonstrating gastric rugal enlargement as their primary disease are reported. Two had the histologic features of Menetrier’s disease and in 1 of these patients cytomegalic inclusion bodies were found in the gastric wall. The third patient had histology consistent with angioneurotic edema.Some other diseases showing similar roentgenologic appearances are demonstrated and discussed.
