Structural way of thinking as applied to good design. 2. Increasing customers' satisfaction

The authors describe a structural approach toward increasing customer satisfaction and apply it to product design. They first describe several difficulties in product development, and then structures of product development are explained to make the key points clear. A development procedure is described. The method consists of gradual realization steps of working with customers and rational and effective use of quality function deployment. A rational approach based on human factors and total quality control is used.<<ETX>>
