The invention provides a rapid protecting circuit for a power amplifier, and belongs to D type power amplifier protecting circuits. The rapid protecting circuit comprises a PWM input and a load, and further comprises a power amplifier driving module, a power output, a sampling module and a comparison module. The input end of the power amplifier driving module is connected with the PWM input, and the power output is connected with the input end of the sampling module and the output end of the power amplifier driving module. The power output is connected with the output end of the sampling module and the load, and the input end and the output end of the comparison module are connected with the power output, the sampling module and the power amplifier driving module. The rapid protecting circuit for the power amplifier is used in large-power driving of a D type power amplifier, and the protecting effect is particularly obvious. When power amplifier output exceeds power, and the junction temperature exceeds the rated value, the protecting circuit can act immediately, a circuit of the power amplifier driving module is rapidly switched off, the power amplifier power output is dropped to be zero, and the purpose of rapidly protecting the power amplifier in real time is achieved. The rapid protecting circuit for the power amplifier has the advantages of being simple in structure, high in practicability, high in response speed and the like.
