Design and Application of AT91 M42800A Based on 32bit RISC Architecture

In this paper, a new microcontroller AT91 M42800A based on 32-bit RISC architecture is discussed. The design application scheme and hardware principle are presented, and an example of the Scatter Loading program aimed on the memory-assigned is given. A broad approach of new embedded system design based on AT91 M42800A is put forward.
