모델기반 협업적 제조프로세스 운영전략 및 아키텍처 설계

Unpredictable and ever changing customer demands make manufacturers to make quality products with cheaper price and shorter delivery. In order to survive in the competitive market while meeting customer requirements, the manufacturing industry needs to collaborate with others. For facilitating collaboration of small and medium sized manufacturing companies, Korean government is leading the i -Manufacturing project. By the result of the project, many collaboration system has been installed in manufacturing industry and more than 300 companies are now utilizing them for enhancing competitiveness and product quality. Those systems were developed and operated as a project management system(PMS), which means that all activity and process are operated only in the project domain. In case of developing and managing projects in the system, we usually define similar processes and activities thereby waste time and effort. By using standardized process templates instead of managing projects, we may reduce repeatable handling of jobs while increasing efficiency. Therefore, we introduce model-based operating strategies and a system architecture for activating/monitoring manufacturing processes in this paper. With operations of manufacturing processes, collaborative projects can be systematically managed, thereby business performance of a company will increase correspondingly.
