Influence of Industrial Work Practices, Work Motivation, and Soft Skills Ability to Work Readiness of SMK Class XII Students in Depok

This research aims to determine if there is an influence between industrial work practice, work motivation, and Soft skills to work readiness of SMK grade XII students in Depok. This study was conducted for two months, from May to June 2019. The method of study used is a survey method with causality approach. The population in this study is job readiness. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data processing in this study uses SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) version 22 by using validity test data analysis techniques, reliability test, normality test, classical assumption test, multiple regression equations, test Hypothesis and coefficient of determination. The results showed that industrial works and motivation work practices have an influence on the readiness of students ' work, while Soft Skill skills have no influence on the readiness of students ' work. And there is a significant and shared influence between industrial work practices, work motivation, and soft skills ability to work readiness of SMK students.
