Dual Interaction Spaces: Integration synchroner Kommunikation und Kooperation

Fur die synchrone kooperative Erstellung gemeinsamer Artefakte in verteilten Lerngruppen kommen Kooperationsanwendungen zum Einsatz, die einen gemeinsamen Arbeitsbereich mit Chat kombinieren (Dual Interaction Space). Ein reines Nebeneinander fuhrt jedoch zu einer Reihe von Problemen fur die Kooperierenden: Wie kann im Chat auf Objekte im gemeinsamen Arbeitsbereich Bezug genommen werden, wie konnen die Aktivitaten erfasst und nachvollzogen werden, wie konnen sich die Teilnehmer in ihren simultanen Aktivitaten koordinieren? Es werden drei Masnahmen zur Integration vorgestellt: 1. Das Ermoglichen deiktischer Bezuge, 2. die Bereitstellung einer Artefakthistorie und 3. integrierte Aktivitatsanzeigen.
