Having our cake and eating it too : Combining aggregated and distributed resources

The author thinks that we are in a period of rapid service expansion and that we have every opportunity to be very successful. The combination model, with aggregators serving as front-ends and doing the work of linking to the wealth of distributed resources, is a powerful one and can serve users well
