AHP를 이용한 제조업 교대근무자의 복지수준 평가모델개발

The purpose of this study is to construct a model of the welfare improvement for the shift workers. Till now the studies on company welfare have been focused mainly on wages of the workers. and only yield the limitation of the means to improve the company welfare. In Korea, there have not been even the basic strategies to improve welfare and references to assess the level of shift workers' welfare, yet. Another access is needed now for the welfare improvement but on wages. In this work a model to assess the level of the welfare improvement for the shift workers is studied. As a method. the structural AHP model, which is evaluated by the experts, is used to compose the data through hierarchical analysis and relative comparison. In this way. the effective priority in the influencing factors on shift working can be suggested by estimating relative importance. The model is suggested by studying the large-scale factories, which have more than 1,000 employees so there are frequent shifting for work, selected from the IT industries. the core of Korean economy.
