A sliding mode approach to robust generation on DC-to-DC converters

An approach is proposed for the design of a sliding feedback control scheme, regulating a Buck converter in an AC signal generating task. The approach is based on the specification of a switching control law which accomplishes indirect asymptotic sinusoidal output voltage generation for the Buck converter. The control scheme is found to be robust to a variety of perturbations, namely variations on the input voltage or/and in the load.
