A MAC Protocol for Fair Data Transmission in the WBSN Environment

The proposed MAC protocol ensures transmission fairness of the Node with lower priority considering the priority and the maximum waiting time element of each Node when each biological signal node transmits data in the WBSN environment, and thereby improves the overall system QOS.
