Evaluation du système Homme+Machine de production en vue d'améliorer la capacité de travail de l'opérateur de conduite-surveillance

This article considers the human factors in the relation Man - machine of production. The exploitation operator affected to the very autonomous machines, acts especially in the control of functionality or in the deterioration mode. The conditions of environment, the complexity of the task and machines... accentuate the human factor variability and induce some human mistakes to high risk for the security and the availability of the man, the machine and the operational environment. The proposed solution is in the context of a global approach of study of safety of the system 'Man+machine': a reactive supervision starts with testing the man in his work station to maximise the own ability by the ergonomic planning; then to assist her/him in his task of conduct-supervision considering his real abilities; otherwise, to supply her/him if the risk is raised.
