The evolution of the recovery of the L21 order is studied, after quenching from a temperature above the critical for this ordering to several temperatures in the 299K ≤ T≤ 341K range. It is found that the evolution of the disordering process with aging follows a complex behavior. The dynamics of elimination of defects by a thermally activated process assisted by the vacancies retained by quenching is analyzed. Under some simplified hypotheses, it is possible to reproduce the essential characteristics of the process; however, the adjustment obtained is not quite satisfactory. The analysis of the characteristic relaxation times as a function of the aging temperature of the reordering process, compared with that of elimination of vacancies, shows that the first is only a 4-5 factor faster than the second one.
