In order to achieve the real-time transmission and rendering of large-scale scene with limited client's resource and network bandwidth, an algorithm of heuristic-based remote rendering of 3-D geometric model is proposed. The framework tackles the issues including simplification, transmission, and resource efficient rendering of graphics content on client device. First, every model can be simplified with different matrices to a series of models with different surface error (also with different details) based on human perception. And then we real-time monitor the change of network bandwidth, utilization of the client's hardware, output frame rate, and based that we pick the suitable precision models send to the client.
