Méthode Optimale de Modélisation de Transistors Haute Fréquence

The design of radiofrequency systems and microwaves requires reliable models, particularly for components more sensitive than those of transmitters. In the paper the authors present an optimal method for efficiently determining an equivalent circuit model more adapted to transistor modelling. It uses fuzzy neural networks for assisting decision making and for validating by different characterisation examples of high frequency transistors such as field effect transistors and bipolar heterojunction transistors
