위험물 안전운송을 위한 차량 경로관리에 관한 연구

In this paper, we propose the Risk based path management for a safety transportation of dangerous goods. First of all, Risk of road links are determined as the frequency of accidents and the extent of damage. The risk are used to searching the low-risk path. The low-risk path never include water supply protection area, and rotation constraints links. Selected path is sent to a terminal in a vehicle. The position and velocity of the vehicle is monitored in real time. Therefore, illegal driving behavior can be restricted. When a vehicle deviates from a given path, start-up of the vehicle is locked and the vehicle fuel circuit breaker is turned off. This system will prevent accidents, theft and terrorism.
