DNA probes for differentiating isolates of the pinewood nematode species complex

La mise au point de deux sondes specifiques basee sur l'analyse des fragments de restriction apres hybridation a l'aide d'une sonde heterologue, permet de distinguer des isolats de Bursaphelenchus spp. appartenant au complexe d'especes du nematode du pin. Cette technique prouve l'existence de differences genotypiques entre isolats et separe clairement les groupes infraspecifiques originaires d'Europe, d'Asie et d'Amerique du Nord
