Method and apparatus for providing feedback corresponding to movement of a controlled object

A method and a device for providing feedback corresponding to movement of a controlled object are provided to offer enhanced reality for media to a user corresponding to the movement of the controlled object by using a feedback unit moved in a guide hole according to movement of the controlled object. A housing(230) forms a guide hole(232) and a feedback unit moves in the guide hole according to movement of a controlled object. The feedback unit performs at least one of 1D(Dimensional), 2D, and 3D mobile along the guide hole, and is moved when velocity of the controlled object is higher than threshold velocity. A force provider induces movement of the feedback unit and is an electric magnet. The feedback unit includes a magnetic member receiving attractive or repulsive force from the electric magnet. A controller controls operation of the force provider. An input tool controls the movement of the controlled object. A display panel displays the movement of the controlled object.
