Cooperative Planning System in Virtual Enterprise Base on Web Services

In Virtual Enterprise,the enterprise is virture and it's member enterprises are geography distribute,it is important to develop a system to harmonize it's member.In this paper we analysis the requirement for cooperative planning,refer to the PSLX framework and BPEL4WS criterion,bring forward the model of CPS based on Web Services.
