The data required to be acquired in the evaluation method is easily acquired, the whole process does not refer to complex operation, and the obtained trip rate accurately reflects the trip risk. The invention also discloses a low-voltage distribution line lightning trip risk evaluation device which corresponds to the low-voltage distribution line lightning trip risk evaluation method. The evaluation method and the evaluation device are combined, so that a risk evaluation aim can be fulfilled.
